It means The roster, which came into force this month, means Wirral agency ICE and Liverpool-based Bell Pottinger North will be able to compete for government and public sector work without undergoing a lengthy procurement process for each contract.
The roster covers a range of regional PR requirements for government departments. It was created after firms underwent a five-month review process.
ICE chief executive Stuart Jackson said: "We specialise in campaigns and interventions that make a real difference to people's lives - helping to educate, inform and support a move or change in behaviour - and this is a golden opportunity to bring in some exciting new clients and work on some great new projects."
