Charity design challenge for Cheshire college students
STUDENTS at a Cheshire college have teamed up on a design project with Liverpool charity North West Cancer Research Fund (NWCRF).
Second-year students studying graphic design at Priestley College, Warrington, worked with Third Marketing to develop a range of marketing materials for the charity.
Holly Caddock was named the winning designer for the brief and her work is now likely to be used in an up-and-coming campaign to support the charity.

Designs by fellow students Kimmy Glazebrook, Shauna Jackson, Helen Whittingham and Jeni Scott were also praised and shortlisted for possible individual fundraising campaigns in the future for NWCRF.
Anne Jackson, the fund's chief executive, said: "The project was an excellent opportunity to work with young people who looked at our charity through fresh eyes."
Priestley tutor Paul McConnell said: "We were really grateful to work with the NWCRF on this brief, the feedback the students received from Anne was really useful and gives them the type of advice and guidance they can then use in further projects."
